We are located in Virginia and orders will be shipped from here. Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday and Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered as an estimate.
Returns
How It Works
Due to the type of items we sell returns are done on a case by case basis. It is our goal to satisfy all of our customers so please contact customer service with any issues or concersn. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be placed within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days of order receipt, we will conclude that your order was satisfactory and no claims, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please contact customer service.
